Google has completed the largest, single corporation solar project. The Googleplex is saving 30% on its electric bill. Most of the roof is now covered in solar panels. It is expected to have paid for itself within 7 years. Wal-Mart is planning on starting with a similar project to outfit many of its stores with solar panels.
